1. The Service

Convertly provides free file format conversion (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JPG, PNG, WEBP, etc.). By using the service you accept these terms.

2. File Storage and Deletion

Files you upload and the files produced by conversion are stored temporarily on our servers only so you can download them, and are automatically and permanently deleted after a maximum of 7 (seven) days. We recommend downloading your files before they expire. Deleted files cannot be recovered.

3. Disclaimer

Conversions are performed by automated tools; we do not guarantee the output will be visually identical to the original file. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not upload files that infringe copyright, are illegal, belong to others without permission, or contain malicious software.

5. Advertising

To keep the service free, the site may display ads through third-party ad networks (e.g. Google AdSense). See our Privacy Policy.
